- Asparagus (previously cooked and frozen)
- Grape tomatoes
- Fresh mozzarella
- Pesto
- Green onions
- Penzeys Pizza Seasoning
handful fresh parsley
1/2 ricotta
garlic powder
1 green onion
Penzey's Pizza seasoning
- Combine in mini food processor. Add seasoning to taste.
Pizza Assembly:
- Pre-bake crust at 400 F for 8-10 minutes.
- Spread pesto evenly.
- Chop asparagus into bite-size pieces. Cut mozzarella the same.
- Add toppings
- Bake 400 until cheese reaches desired colored, crispiness--about 15 minutes.
