Stir Fry Tacos

Twist on a staple: tacos. But with Soy Vay Hoisin Ginger as a marinade base.


Ingredients:
frozen peas and carrots
frozen onion and pepper strips
frozen yellow corn
5-6 chicken breast tender cutlets

Marinade:
2 T Soy Vay Hoisin Ginger
2 T Whole Foods Lemon Zip Juice
squirt Sriracha
1 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp Garlic powder

Process:
Make the marinade: mix all ingredients in large bowl until combined. Using a kitchen shears, cut the chicken into bite-size chunks and place in the marinade. As the chicken marinates, saute the frozen veggies. Add the chicken and marinade to the pan and cook.  


Taco Assembly: Serve on corn tortillas with avocado slice and a line of Sriracha.
