Using the Lamb Barbacoa Meat to make tacos.
Slaw Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tsp olive tapenade
- 1/2 tsp Penzeys Taco Seasoning
- Cholula, to taste
- lime wedge, squeezed for juice
- red and black beans
- cabbage, shredded
Method:
- Combine first 5 ingredients (through lime wedge) in a container to create dressing.
- Shred cabbage, equal to roughly 1/2 cup. Add shredded cabbage and beans to dressing.
- Barbacoa Lamb
- Black and red kidney beans
- Slaw
- Avocado, sliced
