Burrito: Fajita-rrito

We love burritos! Thawed some chicken and went from there.





Fillings: 

  • Pureed black beans
  • Sautéed onions, garlic, green onions, roasted red pepper w/ garlic powder and chili powder
  • Chicken pieces, marinated in: hot sauce, cumin, Arizona Dreaming, Smoky 4S
  • Shredded romaine mixed with chopped cilantro, hot salsa, dash of BBQ Sauce (Stubb’s)

Assembly:
 Spread beans on tortilla. Followed by onion mixture, chicken, and topped with romaine mixture. Rolled and pan-toasted to seal. Split between two. 






Beverage Pairing: Mini margaritas made with tequila and Dole Orange Peach Mango 100% juice; served over ice in a salt-rimmed tasting glass.
