Fulfilled my Chili Dog craving, and yuppified it too. Quick and dirty, nothing homemade. But, all ingredients were from our local fav, Glen's Garden Market. We picked up our growler CSA while we were there too.

Final Product: We toasted the bun on our cast iron griddle.

Grassy, crisp, easy-drinking, and a top of hop bitterness.
