Cold Brew Old Fashioned




2 oz cold brew
1-2 t espresso powder
1 oz bourbon
¼ oz simple syrup (SS)
Dash Peychaud’s bitters
1 finger-sized grapefruit peel
  • Shake all ingredients--except peel--with 2 coffee ice cubes until chilled and powder is dissolved
  • Twist peel and rub oils around inside of glass. Leave peel in glass. Pour over chilled liquid
