Burrito: Chicken Asparagus Wrap-urrito

Idea was to play on traditional burrito ingredients. This turned out more like a wrap, however. 



Fillings: 
  • Mayo, spread on tortilla
  • Sautéed onions, garlic, roasted red pepper w/ Greek Seasoning
  • Blanched asparagus, cut into strips
  • Chicken breast, seasoned with pepper and Greek Seasoning; grilled on the cast iron skillet. 
  • Shredded romaine mixed with chopped cilantro, hot salsa, dash of BBQ Sauce (Stubb’s)

Assembly:
 Spread mayo on tortilla. Followed by onion mixture, chicken, and topped with romaine mixture. Rolled and pan-toasted to seal. Split between two.
